4. Usage Licensing For Sellers
4.1 The Company licenses the Sellers to add their properties to the website, provided that they have rights to publish such information as Owner or duly authorised Agent and that they agree that they are solely responsible for such content. It remains the Seller's own responsibility to ensure that the information entered is correct and stay updated. It remains the right of the Company to revoke licenses given at any stage for any reason. Sellers may not load content for harmful purposes, Illegal purposes, disclosing, sharing or publishing material that may be offensive, defamatory, harmful, regulated, prohibited, infringing or damaging to any person, and/or the creation, storage and sending of unsolicited communications. The Company may also request Sellers to remove or change content they feel is inappropriate for the website. Non-compliance gives the Company the right to revoke given license and/or to make proposed changes on their own behalf to the Seller's content. The Sellers shall ensure that all content that is posted on this website or any link to this website is legal and that any necessary permission from third parties with any rights to such information has been obtained. The Sellers hereby unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies the Company and its employees, associates, business partners, affiliates and or subsidiary companies from any claims for damages (and including any legal costs associated therewith) that any third party may suffer as a result of unlawful or protected information/content being published on this website or any link to this website.
5. Termination of Service
5.1 The Company has the right to terminate or change any Service and/or any feature and/or function available on the website, or part there of, for any reason.

8.1 The Company has no control over the content which gets loaded by Sellers on this website, and the Company neither endorses it or consents to it, unless expressly stated otherwise. Although the Company encourages Seller's to ensure that their content stays correct and up to date it is outside the control of the Company. The Company does not monitor or review the content loaded onto this website, and of other party's websites which are linked to from this website. Opinions expressed or material appearing on this site or of such externally linked websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by the Company and should not be regarded as the publisher of such opinions or material. 11. Waiver

No waiver of any of the provisions of this terms and conditions shall be effective against the Company unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by the Company.
12. General
12.1 By accessing this website and using the Company’s services and products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in all disputes arising out of such access. The Company also reserves the right to institute action in the Magistrate’s Court. The Client is therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and the Company. The Client’s accessing of this website indicates his understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
