About Us

The company and website ‘Direct Land Sale’ was started when the founder, Robert Bernatzeder, was doing research into selling his piece of land in the Western Cape of South Africa. Having started a successful online marketing company, www.biggestleaf.com, Robert was well aware of the potential of the web in promoting his land, and also in ensuring that a wider market was reached. It soon became clear that with the latest technology and functionality, one could create a powerful and successful advertising platform for vacant land sellers around South Africa. Direct Land Sale’s advantage lies in its team of specialists, product focus and online marketing expertise. Research was conducted into both the buyer’s and the seller’s requirements, and with the resources available, an online platform was created that would give private sellers as well as agents an opportunity to market their land directly and affordably online.
